Lesson Plans for April 14-18

GEOMETRY:

Monday April 14:  Students will go to Google Classroom and copy the notes, formulas, and examples for Area of Trapezoids, Kites, and Rhombi, 11.3A.  The assignment is wkst 11.3A.

Tuesday April 15:  We will have a lesson on how to find the Area of Regular Polygons, 11.3B.

Wednesday April 16:  The assignment is wkst 1.

Thursday April 17:  The assignment is wkst 2.

Friday April 18-Monday April 21:  HOLIDAYS 🙂

HONORS GEOMETRY:

Monday April 14:  Students will continue working on Segments of Circles, 10.6 and complete wkst 10.6B.  They will also begin reviewing for their test by completing Review 1.

Tuesday April 15:  We will have a lesson on Equations of Circles, 10.7.  The assignment is wkst 10.7C.

Wednesday April 16:  Students will complete the chapter 10 review and study notecards.

Thursday April 17:  Chapter 10 TEST

Friday April 18-Monday April 21:  HOLIDAYS 🙂

Monday April 7:  We will have a lesson on Area of Circles and Sectors, 11.2.  The assignment is wkst 11.2A.

Tuesday April 8:  The assignment is a wkst on Area of Circles/Sectors.

Wednesday April 9:  This is the EOC STAAR test for English 2.

Thursday April 10:  The students will complete a review on circles in preparation for the test.

Friday April 11:  Circle TEST

HONORS GEOMETRY:

Monday April 7:  We will have a lesson on Inscribed Angles, 10.4.  The assignment is page 562-563 #1-2,8-22even, 26-30even,34.

Tuesday April 8:  This is the EOC STAAR test for English 1.

Wednesday April 9:  This is the EOC STAAR test for English 2.

Thursday April 10:  We will have a lesson on Angle Relationships in Circles, 10.5.  The assignment is page 570-571 #1-2,6-16even, 17-22all,24-28even,34,36,40.

Friday April 11:  We will have a lesson on Segments in Circles, 10.6.  The assignment is wkst 10.6A.
