Lesson Plans for March 25-29

GEOMETRY

Monday March 25:  Students will complete the SOHCAHTOA Test Review in preparation for the TEST.

Tuesday March 26:  SOHCAHTOA TEST

Wednesday March 27:  We will have a lesson on Parts of Circles, 10.1.  The assignment is wkst 10.1.

Thursday March.28:  Personal Improvement Day

Friday March 29:  Holiday 🙂

HONORS GEOMETRY:

Monday March 25:  We will have a lesson on Inscribed Angles, 10.4.  The assignment is page 562-563 #1-2,8-22even,26-30even,34.

Tuesday March 26:  We will have a lesson on Angle Relationships in Circles, 10.5.  The assignment is page 570-571 #1-2,6-16even,17-22all,24-28even,34,36,40.

Wednesday March 27:  Students will complete wkst 10.4/10.5.

Thursday March 28:  Personal Improvement Day

Friday March 29:  Holiday 🙂

New School Year 2023-2024

Welcome to Geometry!

Geometry is a math course that is very different from Algebra.  It deals with shapes of all sorts, both 2 dimensional and 3 dimensional and all of the properties associated with them.  Geometry is a very visual subject with many drawings and diagrams.  Geometry is useful for real world applications and we will explore those.

I look forward to a challenging and rewarding year for all.
