Monday Sept.15:  Holiday for Students, Staff Development

Tuesday Sept.16:  We will grade and go over 2.2 wkst and have a lesson on Deductive Reasoning, 2.2B.  The assignment is wkst 2.2B.

Wednesday Sept.17:  Students who want Extra Credit will take the Binder “Test”.  All students will complete Quiz 2.1-2.2.

Thursday Sept.18-Friday Sept.19:  We will have a lesson on Postulates and Diagrams, 2.3.  The assignments are online at bigideasmath.com and wkst 2.3.

HONORS GEOMETRY:

Monday Sept.15:  Holiday for Students, Staff Development

Tuesday Sept.16:  Students will complete the test review for 2.1-2.4 in preparation for a test.

Wednesday Sept.17:  TEST 2.1-2.4.

Thursday Sept.18-Friday Sept.19:  We will have a lesson on Proving Statements about Angles, 2.5.  Students will complete “The Givens” wkst, do a sorting activity with a partner to complete Exploration 2.5.

GEOMETRY:

Monday Sept.8:  We will go over the quiz and students will make corrections.  They will then complete Review 1.5-1.6 in preparation for the test.

Tuesday Sept.9:  Test 1.5-1.6

Wednesday Sept.10-Thursday Sept.11:  We will have a lesson on Conditionals and Biconditionals, 2.1.  The assignment is wkst 2.1A.

Friday Sept.12:  We will have a lesson on Inductive Reasoning, 2.2A.  The assignment is wkst 2.2A.

HONORS GEOMETRY:

Monday Sept.8:  We will have a lesson on Postulates/Diagrams, 2.3.  The assignment is page 87 #1-2,12-22even,23-24,30-32all.

Tuesday Sept.9:  Students will take Quiz 2.1-2.3/1.4.

Wednesday Sept.10-Thursday Sept.11:  We will have a lesson on Algebraic Reasoning and Properties, 2.4.  The assignment is wkst 2.4B.

Friday Sept.12:  We will have a “Go Over” day and go over the quiz, wksts 1.4A and B, pg 87, and we will grade wkst 2.4B.
